Booking Policy & Liability Waiver

Please Read Before Booking

Before booking an appointment with Foam Fiesta Entertainment, please carefully review the following policies and waiver. By scheduling and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

A booking is not confirmed until any required deposit or payment has been received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Event dates and times are reserved exclusively for the customer once the booking has been confirmed.

Event Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, level, and unobstructed area suitable for the foam party setup.
Access to a standard electrical outlet and a water source within a reasonable distance of the setup area must be available unless otherwise arranged.
Foam Fiesta Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Weather Policy

Foam parties can continue during light rain if conditions remain safe.
In the event of severe weather, including lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions, the event may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of Foam Fiesta Entertainment for the safety of all participants.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

No refund once the deposit is made: There will be a one-time-only reschedule date of the event (Pending date is available to accommodate the client).

Safety Guidelines

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience:

Adult supervision is required for all children throughout the event.
Participants should avoid running, rough play, pushing, or horseplay while inside the foam.
Foam machines and equipment must not be touched, moved, or operated by guests.
Participants should immediately notify the event operator of any unsafe conditions.

Foam Information

Foam Fiesta Entertainment uses a premium, ultra-concentrated foam solution that is:

Non-toxic
Dye-free
Hypoallergenic
Non-staining
Biodegradable

While the foam is designed to be safe for most participants, individuals with known allergies, sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or other medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before participating.

Liability Waiver

Participation in a foam party involves physical activity and may include inherent risks such as slipping, falling, collisions, or other accidental injuries.

By booking and participating in a Foam Fiesta Entertainment event, the customer and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The customer agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Foam Fiesta Entertainment, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The customer accepts responsibility for ensuring all participants follow the provided safety guidelines and acknowledges that minors remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Property Responsibility

Foam Fiesta Entertainment is not responsible for damage to personal property, landscaping, decorations, electronics, or other items that are left within or near the event area. Customers are responsible for removing or protecting valuable items before setup begins.

Please note a mileage fee will be added to your final bill if located outside our service area (91403 Sherman Oaks).

15 miles or less: No surcharge
16-30 miles: $50 travel surcharge
31-50 miles: $100 travel surcharge

For service outside of 50 miles, contact us.

Agreement

By booking an appointment or event with Foam Fiesta Entertainment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy and Liability Waiver. You also acknowledge that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any participants attending your event.
